In yesterday’s stage David Yonge went solo from the gun and won the stage.He tried to limit his time lost after Saturday’s mechanical problems.
Amy Vesty did an excellent job in the Women A-Grade and starts climbing with the best girls just after an 8 weeks’ specific preparation. Amy is now -7kg and the power is still going up!
What always make me happy is to see how the athletes’ predictive performances from the Lab testing work in the practical side of racing.
In both cases for Amy and David the numbers didn’t lie.
