After an 18th place in Crit, he did the TT and his data are showing 300W for 21.6km on his road bike.“No time trial bike”.
 
Good to see the matching numbers from his lactate test results in the real world. “That makes me happy too”. Yes, you can predict your race pace, that’s for sure.

Yes, it was nearly a one-year journey; being 8kg slimmer and 30W stronger at the end of it.
